Aria Cucina Italiana began as an authentic Italian restaurant on the sunny shores of Boracay Island, and to the delight of foodies in the metro, recently opened its doors in Manila. At the helm of the Manila branch is Chef Marino Leonardis. Be sure to try their Rotolino marchigiano (P390) for starters, a wood-fire baked pizza with all the trimmings, and the Salmone al pepe verde (P650), a fresh salmon fillet served with delectable green pepper sauce.
