Seafood lovers will enjoy this pizza, which comes served with generous portions of clams, calamari, mussels, and shrimp, and topped off with chopped olives for an interesting zing. I practically inhaled this pizza, and noted that this one had the thinnest and crispiest crust of all six pizzas reviewed. Maybe a little too crispy for my own tastes, but then again, that’s just me. Overall, this pizza was alive and robust with flavor, just like the operas written by the restaurant’s namesake.
