Review

Literally named the “table”, MESA is aptly named as Filipinos always manage to find their way to the table to partake in delectable food and great company. The moniker outside also read, “Filipino Moderne”.  Not directly fusion, MESA is highly stylized Filipino cuisine where one is able to sample traditional Filipino food with a twist in either presentation or taste.

Many Filipino families give importance to the traditional salo-salo or get- together, where everyone feasts over home-cooked meals, discussing everything under the sun, and even teaching important family values. A lot of Filipinos grew up this way, and everyone always manages to find their way back to the table; back to MESA.
