P.F. Chang's, with its roots in Scottsdale, Arizona, has finally opened its first Asian branch in the Philippines. Touted as the Friday's of Chinese food, they serve traditional and inspiring Chinese offerings that reflect the flavors that make Chinese food truly special. PF Chang's is an amalgamation of the owners' names, Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. It seeks to revolutionize the Chinese dining experience by incorporating a modern ambiance and bistro concept to the resto, as well as providing healthier options and a Gluten-free menu for those with special dietary needs.

Since PF Chang's is also a bistro, it serves signature cocktails such as Asian Pear Mojito, Lucky Cat Martini, and Organic Agave Margarita, making it the perfect place to unwind after hours with friends. PF Chang's will be open to the public on January 19, 2012.
