  • 1 pack Fettuccine noodles
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 tetra pack Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and white pepper
  • ¼ cup Pasta water

steps

  1. Place butter and cream in a large frying pan over medium low heat.
  2. Heat through, then simmer gently until just thickened, 1-2 minutes. Stir in pasta water until well incorporated.
  3. Add cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
