ingredients

  • 1.25 liters Water
  • 500 ml Cold water
  • 40g Loose Leaf black tea
  • Simple syrup
  • 250 ml Dalandan or calamansi concentrate

steps

  1. Boil 1.25 liters of water. Put 40 g of loose leaf tea in a heat proof container (1.5 liter capacity) and pour the boiled water and steep tea for 15 minutes. Strain tea into a 2 liter pitcher using a strainer. Add 500 ml of cold water to the poured tea concentrate. Leave to cool to room temperature or refrigerate.
  2. After tea mixture has cooled down, add 250 ml simple syrup and 125 ml. dalandan and 1 oz of simple syrup. Serve immediately.
  3. Prepare glasses with ice. Pour tea mixture into the glasses and serve.
