  • 100 g mixed greens
  • 1 segment of pomelo shredded
  • 1 pc kesong puti , cubed or crumbled
  • 1 pc salted egg , sliced horizontally
  • ¼ cup roasted cashew
  • Singkamas , carrots
  • baguio beans , steamed
  • Tomatoes , sliced
  • for the vinaigrette:
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 pcs shallots , minced
  • ⅓ cup white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps patis
  • ½ cup corn oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a nonreactive bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a plate, toss in the ingredients of the salad.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad according to your liking.
